1. What the Teams app does

Contro1 is a web app for managing approval requests. The Microsoft Teams app gives assigned reviewers another place to receive and answer those requests.

When an approval request is created in Contro1, the assigned reviewer can receive it as a card in a personal Microsoft Teams chat. The reviewer can approve or reject the request in Teams. Contro1 then saves the decision and updates the card.
